There is density in the matter, into which themes such as carnival, street markets and the landscapes of Fernando de Noronha enter. The colours are more open, paler, with pure, thick whites, that illuminate and decide each work. It is matter upon matter, in a construction of gestures lost and retrieved, as in a palimpsest.
